PROJECT DESCRIPTION
NRW undertook the concrete and civil works at Western Turner Syncline Mine. The scope of works included the installation of approximately 21,000 cubic metres of concrete for the following areas:
- Primary crusher
- Overland conveyor
- Plant utilities
The Project also included the erection of a corrugated steel arch, structural earthworks, fill around the primary crusher, fencing and bollards.
The Project ran for approximately 82 weeks and had a peak workforce of 225 personnel.
