CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jules Pemberton was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of NRW Holdings in July 2010.
Jules joined NRW in 1997 and held senior management and executive roles as Operations Manager, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer prior to his current appointment.
Jules has 25 years’ extensive experience in business, sales and senior management in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Andrew Walsh joined NRW in January 2014, bringing 25 years of experience in the international financial arena.
Andrew has held senior finance and executive roles in project based companies including defence, manufacturing, oil and gas and resources. He has considerable experience in corporate finance, major project accounting, M &A transactions and strategy development.
Andrew holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and is a qualified Accountant.
EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER - NRW CIVIL & MINING
Ric Buratto commenced his role with NRW in October 2017 after more than 40 years’ experience in the civil and mining industries.
He has held numerous senior executive positions for leading Australian construction and mining companies including the National EGM for Construction with Thiess and the COO of Macmahon.
Prior to his employment at NRW, Ric was for 2 years the CEO of Decmil’s Civil & Engineering business.
Ric holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Adelaide and is a Fellow of Engineers Australia.
GENERAL MANAGER - CIVIL, NRW CIVIL & MINING
Dennis Donjerkovich joined NRW in 2010, and performed a number of senior management roles including Operations Management and Business Development before being appointed General Manager – Civil in 2015.
Dennis has had an extensive career spanning 30 years in the civil construction and resources industry and has held key senior management positions throughout Australia.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Engineering, (Civil) from the University of Western Australia.
GENERAL MANAGER - MINING, NRW CIVIL & MINING
Mike Gloyne commenced his role with NRW in 2014 with more than 35 years’ experience in the resources industry both in Australia and internationally. His previous positions have included senior corporate, operational, development and project management roles working in a range of commodities including; iron ore, gold, coal, base metal and mineral sands.
Prior to his employment at NRW, Mike was the Chief Operating Officer for PMI Gold Corporation and was responsible for the studies and development of the Obotan Gold Project in West Africa.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science (Mining Engineering) from the University of Newcastle, England.
