INDIGENOUS ENGAGEMENT

POWERUP PROGRAM

NRW recognises that our long-term success depends on the well-being and development of the communities in which we operate. We respect the importance of Indigenous Australian culture and value its diversity. NRW has successfully employed and supported Indigenous people within our operations since opening link to history in 1994. Increasing Indigenous mining jobs and careers on our mining and civil projects is an integral part of NRW’s philosophy.

NRW’s commitment to providing sustainable opportunities to Indigenous Australians is evident in our Indigenous Development Program, Powerup. This intensive pre-employment work ready program provides opportunities for entry level Indigenous candidates to break into the civil and mining industries. Read more about our Powerup Program.
