PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The need for additional train parking and manoeuvring in the Nelson Point Rail Yard brought about this 3.5 kilometre extension to the existing rail.
With works immediately adjacent live rail, careful scheduling and management was crucial to Project success.
This contract was negotiated with BHP following NRW’s exemplary performance on the RGP5 South and Chichester Deviation Rail Projects.
