PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Project Works include all investigation, design and construction required to construct a third southbound lane on the Freeway between Hodges Drive and Hepburn Avenue, construct an auxiliary lane between Hepburn Avenue entry Ramp and Warwick Road, upgrade the PSP between Ocean Reef Road and Warwick Station and implement a smart freeway system from Hester Avenue to Warwick Road.
