NRW Holdings Limited (NRW) advises that the Share Purchase Plan offer dated 3 May 2011 closed on 31 May 2011. A total of 2,117,566 fully paid ordinary shares were applied for under the Share Purchase Plan and NRW has received subscription funds of $5,802,130.84 (before costs).
